Tennis Academy Training Schedule MAY 29 – September 1, 2017
Your training begins on Monday of each week and continues through Friday. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday training times will be in the morning from 8:00am – 11:00am and in the afternoon from 2:00pm – 4:00pm.
On Tuesday and Thursday times in the morning will be from 9:00am – 12:00pm and in the afternoon 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Times may change slightly.
Schedule on a typical day:
- Three Hour Morning Session
—On court conditioning drills
—Live ball hitting
- Two Hour Afternoon Session
—Supervised Singles and Doubles Play
—How to adjust strategy during match play
Prices listed are based upon availability.
Weekly (Monday – Friday): 5 hours/day $800 | 3 hours/day $500
Three Day (5 hours/day): $500

Kiawah features two complete tennis complexes. The Roy Barth Tennis Center is within easy walking distance of The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, our luxury oceanfront hotel and spa, and the East Beach Conference Center. West Beach Tennis-Pool Center is adjacent to the Straw Market shops. Both clubs offer fully stocked pro shops, racquet stringing and rentals, and matchmaking services.
The Roy Barth Tennis Center is located in East Beach Village and is a short walk from The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. It features nine Har-Tru clay courts (one lighted), three hard courts (one lighted), and a zoned practice court with ball machine and an automated retrieval system.
The West Beach Tennis Club is conveniently located in West Beach Village near the Straw Market shops and the family pool. It features 10 Har-Tru clay courts and two lighted hard courts.
The coaches at Kiawah strike the perfect balance between fun and hard work, instilling in the kids a desire to be the best they can be.
