Glow in the Dark Color Run 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run

We’ve turned our Glow Run into a party! Join us for this 5K run on the spectacular Kiawah beach for a glow in the dark color party not to be missed. One mile fun run option available as well. You’ll run through black light bubble and color stations along this out and back course. End the race with a rockin’ glowing color party with a  DJ and prizes!

Timeline

  • Sunday, Nov. 25, midnight: Deadline for T-shirts. All participants registered by this date are guaranteed to receive a 2018 Glow in the Dark Color Run T-shirt.
  • Thursday, Dec. 6, 4pm: Online registration scheduled to close.
  • Thursday, Dec. 6, 4pm – 7pm: In person registration and packet pick up, EBCC Governor’s Hall A.
  • Friday, Dec. 7, 10am – 3pm: In person registration and packet pick up, EBCC Governor’s Hall A.
  • Friday, Dec. 7, 4pm – 5:30pm: Packet pick up, Front Beach at the gravel Sanctuary beach access.
  • Friday, Dec. 7, 5:30pm: Race Start.

Pricing- 1 Mile Fun Run

    • $15 per person ~ Race Opening through April 30th
    • $20 per person ~ May 1st through Sept. 30th
    • $25 per person ~ Oct. 1st though Dec. 7th at 4pm
    • $30 per person ~  Dec. 7th at 4pm – Dec. 8th at 4pm
    • Ages 7 under, free with registered adult

Pricing- 5K

      • $15 per person ~ Race opening through Feb. 28th
      • $25 per person ~ March 1 through April 30th
      • $35 per person ~ May 1 through September 30th
      • $45 per person ~ Oct. 1 through Dec. 7th at 4pm
      • $55 per person ~ Dec. 7th at 4pm- Dec. 8th at 4pm

 

Packet and Bib Pick-up

Participants can pick up their t-shirts at the Glow in the Dark Color Run Table located in EBCC Governor’s Hall A, which is open

      • Thursday, Dec. 6th, 4pm – 7pm
      • Friday, Dec. 7th, 10am – 3pm

After 4pm on Friday, Dec. 7th, t-shirts, bibs, and glow gear can be picked up at the Race Start, located at the front beach  Night Heron Park.

 

Children’s’ Special

Children under 7 can run the 1 Mile Fun Run for free and no registration required.  If children under 7 would like a Glow in the Dark Color Run T-shirt or their own glow goodies, they may be purchased at the Glow in the Dark Color Run Table inside East Beach Conference Center, while supplies last.
